The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. Primarily functional, the framework also incorporates decorative elements. The main materials include steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The interior of the lamp post features a lifting mechanism that operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically descends and locks securely in place with a hook.
5. The lighting electrical system comes equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W options, using metal halide (white light) for both spot and floodlighting. A computer time controller automates the switching, allowing for either partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
while the underground foundation is fitted with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt to ensure safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. Typically, the height of the lifting main pole exceeds 18 meters, providing convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the ditch, and allows the wire rope to be unloaded seamlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts two versatile lifting control modes: manual and electric. This dual-mode ensures the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating hassle-free maintenance.
The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray reaches an optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct electricity supply for easy lamp and lantern maintenance.
To enhance durability, all lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration. The materials used, primarily aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs.
