1. Our high mast lighting solutions boast a robust design with poles typically shaped as dodecagon or octagonal cones. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, they are meticulously cut, bent, andwelded automatically for precision. With towering heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are engineered to withstand winds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond functionality, these structures offer aesthetic appeal with a decorative use of materials. Hot dip galvanizing ensures that steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are protected against the elements.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising a powerful electric motor, a reliable winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, all seamlessly integrated with cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting mechanism operates at speeds ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring swift and efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm, ingeniously designed to maintain stability and prevent lateral movement of the lamp plate.During elevation. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it automatically secures in place with a locking hook, ensuring safety and stability.

Our lighting electrical system accommodates between 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400W or 1000W metal halide lamps, providing brilliant white light and exceptional floodlighting capabilities.The sophisticated computer time controller offers seamless automatic control over light switching times, allowing for selective or complete illumination as needed.
6. To ensure safety from electrical storms, each lamp top features a 1.5-meter lightning rod,
while the underground foundation is fortified with a 1-meter grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for optimal grounding.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18m in height, offering convenient electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securing itself while the wire rope is safely stored.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps are designed with both manual and electric control options, allowing the lamp tray to
be safely lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance. The device's manual remote control features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to safely manage the lamp panel from a distance of 5m.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable for added security. When the lamp tray is adjusted to the correct position, the cable is easily connected between the electrical control system and the lamp tray junction box, ensuring continuous power supply and facilitating lamp maintenance.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps are constructed to IP65 international standards, protecting against dust and rain to extend bulb life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer outstanding corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
