Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. This high mast lighting system boasts a meticulously engineered design, featuring dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. Crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding processes, these structures typically reach heights of 25m, 30m, and even 35m, with a formidable wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In addition to their functional framework, these high mast lights also incorporate decorative elements. Main materials include steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all of which undergo hot dip galvanization for enhanced durability and a polished finish.

3. The electric lifting system is robust, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. This system ensures a smooth operation with a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, securely housed within the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system is ingeniously designed with guide wheels and guide arms. This mechanism ensures the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway during the lifting process.When the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it is automatically secured in place by a reliable hook system, ensuring it is firmly locked and stable.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, supporting between 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, including floodlights. An advanced computer time controller permits precise automatic control over lighting schedules, enabling partial or full illumination as needed.

6. To ensure comprehensive safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the structure.

Additionally, the underground foundation is equipped with 1.1-meter long grounding wires, meticulously welded to the underground bolts, ensuring maximum safety and stability.

Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are meticulously classified into two primary categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type stands tall with a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, making electric lifting operation seamless and efficient. Once elevated to the optimal working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and secures itself, with the wire rope conveniently unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control options, both manual and electric, empowering you with flexibility and ease. This ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to a serviceable position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for efficient lamp and lantern maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international sealing standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain infiltration, thus significantly extending the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, our lamps and lanterns guarantee excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
