Hot dip galvanized steel street light pole
♦ The light pole is engineered to withstand seismic activity up to a rating of 7 degrees and wind speeds reaching level 11. It meets a B-level seismic intensity standard.
♦ Crafted from premium low carbon steel Q235, the light pole ensures durability with a silicon content capped at just 0.04%. Formed using a high-precision bending machine, the straightness deviation is kept within 0.05%.
♦ State-of-the-art Manufacturing: The light pole features a seamless design, finished with both internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes acid washing, hot galvanizing, rinsing, and passivation, aligning with national standard GB/T13912-92. Zinc plating adhesion meets GB2694-88 specifications, guaranteeing over 30 years of corrosion resistance.
