1. Our high mast light poles are typically crafted in a sleek dodecagon or octagonal conical shape. Constructed using high-strength steel plates, each pole undergoes precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding processes. The poles tower at standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, boasting exceptional wind resistance capabilities of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond functionality, the framework features decorative materials predominantly consisting of steel. Components, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, are all hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an efficient electric motor, a robust winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a swift lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, facilitating easy adjustments.
4. A guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains steady without any transverse movement during the lifting process..Upon reaching its designated position, the lamp plate effortlessly drops and secures itself with an auto-locking hook system.

Our lighting electrical system is adaptable, equipped to house between 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight.A state-of-the-art computer time controller provides seamless automation of switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.
6. The lightning protection system is state-of-the-art, with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod positioned on top of the lamp,
and an underground foundation securely equipped with grounding wires, each 1 meter long, expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps generally fall into two categories: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main poles typically reach heights exceeding 18m and feature a user-friendly electric lifting operation. Once elevated to its working height, the lamp tray automatically detaches, secures itself, and releases tension from the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control options—manual and electric—ensuring versatility and safety. This flexibility allows the lamp tray
to be safely lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground, enabling easy maintenance. With a 10-meter lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can safely manage the lamp panel's movement at a 5-meter distance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are also equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, this cable connects one end to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for maintenance.
The lift-type high-pole lamp's lamps and lanterns meet the IP65 international standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain, thus prolonging the bulb's service life. These components are typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
