The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35, the maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters / second.

2. In the functional framework, but also to decorative materials mainly to steel, steel pipe, lamp post, lamp plate are hot dip galvanizing.

3. Electric lifting system consists of electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable and so on.The inside of the lamp post is mounted with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate does not move transversely.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), light and floodlight.The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time, part lighting or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically categorized into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type usually features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters for easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it securely detaches and hangs in the ditch, allowing the wire rope to be released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control options: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray can
be safely and reliably lowered to a comfortable 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a lead-out wire length of 10 meters, enabling operators to remotely manage the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, all lift-type high-pole lamps come with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and inspection of the lighting fixtures.
For maximum durability, all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps conform to the IP65 international sealing standard, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thus prolonging bulb life. The construction materials, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
