Product Description

Superb Configuration of the High Mast Light:
1. The pole shape is predominantly dodecagon or octagonal conical, crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters/second.

2. The functional framework primarily incorporates decorative materials, including steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, ensuring robust performance.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed mechanism allows for a smooth rise of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stability by preventing transverse movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Upon reaching the designated position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with a hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can support 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, including metal halides (white light), providing both light and floodlight options.A computer time controller enables automatic control of switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps typically fall into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole usually exceeds a height of 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach and secure itself in the designated spot, allowing the wire rope to be safely released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—both manual and electric—ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
For maintenance convenience, the tray can be securely lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting process from a safe distance of 5m, thereby ensuring their safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system, and the other end connects to the junction box on the tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps in the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending bulb life. Typically, the materials used for lamps are aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their superior corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
