The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precisely cut and bent, automatically welded for robustness. Generally available in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with wind resistance designed for speeds up to 60 meters/second.
2. In the functional framework, decorative materials are primarily steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the system allows a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.During the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely by hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, offering 400W to 1000W options, including metal halide (white light) and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for automatic control of on/off times, with the flexibility for partial or full illumination.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp,
and a grounding system with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can generally be categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type, typically standing at heights above 18 meters, features an electric lifting mechanism that ensures effortless operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in place, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to be operated with ease.
For maintenance convenience, the lamp tray can be safely lowered to approximately 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting process from a distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing for direct electricity supply and facilitating easy maintenance of the lamp and fixtures.
The sealing grade of all lamps and fixtures in the lift-type high-pole lamp meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain and extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamps are generally constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, which offer excellent corrosion resistance.
