Configuration Details of the High Mast Light:
1. The structure commonly features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Typically, the heights range from 25m to 35m, built to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionally, the framework combines steel and decorative materials. Components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, a mechanism ensures a lifting speed between 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, prevents transverse movement of the lamp plate.during lifting. Once in position, the lamp plate can be automatically secured and locked by the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, including 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. A computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, enabling both partial and full illumination as required,
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
and a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, welded securely to the underground bolt.
