The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate through precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding. The general heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, designed with a maximum wind resistance of up to 60 meters/second.
2. In its functional framework, the design adds a decorative touch with materials primarily consisting of steel. Steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process..Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate can automatically lock into place, thanks to the hook system.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide (white light) options for both direct and floodlighting.A computer time controller automates the switching times and can manage part or full illumination,
6. The lightning protection system: features a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,

Classification of high pole lamps
These can generally be divided into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, typically over 18m high, allows for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs in place, and the wire rope is unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers both manual and electric control modes, enabling safe and reliable lowering of the lamp tray to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a 10m lead-out wire,
allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is appropriately lowered, one end of the cable is inserted into the electrical control system socket, and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
Sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp is IP65 international standard, preventing dust and rain entry and extending the service life of the bulb. The materials used are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
