Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that have undergone precise cutting and bending.Automatic welding ensures durability, with general heights available in 25m, 30m, and 35m. Engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, the framework predominantly uses steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts. All components are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced protection.

3. The electric lifting system comprises a reliable electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains steady without lateral movement during lifting..Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it can be automatically secured and locked into place by hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, each varying between 400 W and 1000 W. Options include metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller enables automatic regulation of lighting schedules, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top.

The underground foundation is equipped with a 1.1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18m in height, and the electric lifting mechanism offers exceptional ease of use. Once the lamp tray ascends to the operational position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the designated slot, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes, both manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and conveniently lowered.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a lead-out wire length of 10m, allowing the operator to oversee the lifting process from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is descended to an optimal position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box, enabling direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, safeguarding against dust and rain, thereby enhancing bulb longevity. The lamps' construction materials typically include corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
