2. In addition to their functional framework, these structures are adorned with decorative elements. Primarily composed of steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, they undergo a hot dip galvanizing process for enhanced durability and style.

The electric lifting system of our high mast lights is a marvel of engineering, integrating an advanced motor, robust winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with cables.The system enables a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
4. A thoughtfully designed guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movement.Throughout the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it seamlessly locks into place with an automatic hook mechanism.
5. The cutting-edge lighting electrical system accommodates between 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide options for both white light and floodlight effects.A sophisticated computer time controller provides effortless management, allowing for automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically surpasses 18m in height and offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the working position, the lamp tray can detach automatically, safely lodging in its designated spot as the wire rope is released.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, these lamps allow the tray to be securely lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground, making maintenance a breeze.
The manual remote control device boasts a 10m lead-out wire, empowering operators to oversee the lamp panel’s movements from a safe distance of 5m, ensuring their safety at all times.
Every lift-type high pole lamp comes with a backup cable. When the tray descends to an optimal position, the cable seamlessly connects the electrical control system to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct electricity supply for maintenance tasks.
Boasting the IP65 international standard sealing grade, our lamps and lanterns are fortified against dust and rain, significantly enhancing the bulb's longevity. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer superb corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
