The Sophisticated Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. Our high mast poles are meticulously crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes. Made from high-strength steel plates, they undergo precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. These poles come in heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered with a remarkable wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The structural framework is both functional and decorative, primarily utilizing steel. All components, including the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, are hot dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. Our electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, the system achieves a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures stable movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, an automatic locking mechanism secures it with a hook, ensuring stability and safety.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400W and 1000W metal halide lamps (white light), providing both spotlight and floodlight capabilities. A sophisticated computer time controller manages automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. For lightning protection, the top of each lamp is equipped with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

The underground foundation includes 1-meter-long grounding wires, expertly welded with the underground bolt for comprehensive safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High mast pole lighting systems can generally be divided into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters, making the electric lifting operation extremely convenient. Once the lamp tray is raised to its working position, the tray automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is efficiently unloaded.
Our lifting-type high-pole lamps feature dual lifting control modes-manual and electric-enabling effortless and precise adjustments of the lamp tray.
The system ensures that the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a manageable height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe 5-meter distance, thereby safeguarding personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This design ensures a direct power supply to the tray, enabling comprehensive maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamp and lantern components in the lift-type high-pole lighting system adhere to the IP65 international standard, offering superior protection against dust and rain, thereby significantly prolonging bulb life. The materials used in lamps and lanterns, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, provide exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
