Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically adopts a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel. This includes precisely cutting, bending,and automatically welding the steel. The standard heights reach impressive measurements of 25m, 30m, and 35m, and they boast an exceptional wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In terms of functionality and design, the main materials used are decorative steel elements. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate undergo a robust hot dip galvanizing process.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, featuring an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes alongside cables.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism allows for a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The advanced guiding and unloading system, composed of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured and locked in place by a specially designed hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, equipped with 6 to 24 lamps offering 400 W to 1000 W outputs, utilizing metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller seamlessly manages the switching times and can orchestrate either partial lighting or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are primarily categorized into two types: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole is typically over 18 meters in height, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to the desired working position, it automatically detaches, secures itself in the ditch, and disengages the wire rope effortlessly.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric, ensuring that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to a mere 2.5 meters above ground level, simplifying maintenance efforts. With a manual remote control device featuring a 10-meter lead-out wire, operators can remotely manage the lamp panel's lifting operations from a safe 5-meter distance, prioritizing operator safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. Upon lowering the lamp tray to an appropriate height, one cable end is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end is linked to the lamp tray's junction box. This setup enables a direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating effortless maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast a sealing grade of IP65, conforming to international standards to shield against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
