The configuration of high mast light:
1. These high mast lights boast a robust structure with either dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. The process involves precise cutting and bending,automated welding, and heights typically range from 25m to 35m. Designed to withstand intense wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second, these mast lights are engineered for resilience.
2. Emphasizing both function and aesthetics, the framework is complemented by decorative elements. Components like steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system features a powerful electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope, complete with a cable. This system ensures efficient operation,facilitating a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, securely housed within the lamp post.
4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously crafted with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and does not sway during elevation..Once the lamp plate reaches its destination, it is designed to automatically disengage and securely lock in place with a hook mechanism.

The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A sophisticated computer time controller enables precise automatic management of on/off timing for partial or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
These high pole lamps are classified into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting poles, which generally exceed 18m in height, offer convenient electric lifting operations. Once elevated to their operational height, the lamp trays are designed to automatically detach and secure in place.
The lifting variant features dual control options, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp trays to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for simple maintenance.
The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to easily manage the lifting from a distance of 5m, ensuring their safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable; when lowered, the cable connects directly to the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and seamless maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lamps and lanterns is the international IP65 standard, providing excellent protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, the lamps offer outstanding corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
