Classification of High Pole Lamps:
Uncover the intriguing classification of high pole lamps, categorized into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole is a marvel, typically standing tall at over 18 meters, designed to facilitate seamless electric lifting operations. As the lamp tray majestically rises to its designated working height, it automatically disengages and hangs securely within the ditch, allowing the wire rope to be released with ease.
The innovative lifting-type high-pole lamp offers versatility with dual operation modes, allowing both manual and electric lifting. This ensures the lamp tray can be
lowered with precision to a maintenance-convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground. Equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire for manual remote control, operators can smoothly manage the lamp panel’s movements from a secure 5-meter distance, guaranteeing safety and ease.
Furthermore, every lift-type high-pole lamp includes an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray descends into position, one end of the cable seamlessly integrates with the electrical control system's socket, while the other connects to the lamp tray's junction box. This arrangement enables a direct electricity supply, simplifying both maintenance and overhaul processes for lamps and lanterns.
Each lamp and lantern of the lift-type high-pole lamp is meticulously designed with a sealing grade of IP65, meeting international standards to effectively block dust and rain. This enhances the longevity of the bulbs significantly. Constructed with durable materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps boast exceptional resistance to corrosion and promise a long-lasting service life.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
