The configuration of our High Mast Outdoor Lighting system is truly remarkable and meticulously designed for optimal performance:
1. The poles are crafted in dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, constructed from high-strength steel plates. Following precise cutting and bending,they are seamlessly joined through automatic welding. Typical heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Our design incorporates both functionality and aesthetics, utilizing steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts that are all hot-dip galvanized, ensuring long-lasting durability and a beautiful finish.
3. The electric lifting system is a sophisticated setup comprising an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes along with cables.Internally mounted within the lamp post, this system achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. Our guiding and unloading system boasts a guide wheel and guide arm, meticulously crafted to prevent any lateral movement of the lamp plateduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is securely locked in place with an automatic drop-lock mechanism.When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.
5. Our advanced lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with power options of 400 W and 1000 W, offering both metal halide (white light) and floodlight functionalities.The integrated computer time controller provides automated management of on and off timings, enabling either partial lighting or full illumination as required.
6. For enhanced safety, the lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,
and the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt to ensure comprehensive protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
These high pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18m in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting. Once raised to the operational position, the lamp tray can detach and secure itself seamlessly, with the wire rope smoothly retracting.
For the lifting type, dual control modes—manual and electric—allow the lamp tray
to be gracefully lowered to a safe 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device's 10m lead-out wire ensures operators can safely manage the lamp panel's movements from a secure distance of 5m.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with an auxiliary cable. When the tray descends to a suitable position, the cable connects directly to the electrical control system, allowing for direct power supply and hassle-free maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The lamps and lanterns are made from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
