1. The design typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precision cutting, bending, and automated welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionality is seamlessly integrated with aesthetic appeal, utilizing materials like steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The advanced electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables, capable of lifting at speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system is meticulously designed with guide wheels and a guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally during the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate automatically locks into position with precision-engineered hooks.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options, using metal halide (white light) for both spotlighting and floodlighting. A computerized time controller allows for automatic switching, offering the flexibility of partial or full illumination as needed.

6. Our lightning protection system includes a robust 1.5-meter lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

Comprehensive Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be elegantly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually stands tall at over 18 meters, ensuring convenience with electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray gracefully detaches, hangs securely, and the wire rope is seamlessly unloaded.
The sophisticated lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—both manual and electric—facilitating the smooth operation of the lamp tray.
Effortlessly and safely lower the lamp tray to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground for maintenance ease. With a 10-meter lead-out wire on the manual remote control device, operators can control the lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring utmost personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an optimal position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain intrusion, thus prolonging bulb life. These lamps are crafted from premium materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
