Product Description

The Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Light:

1. The structure often features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are expertly cut, bent, and seamlessly welded. Standard heights range from 25m, 30m to 35m, with an impressive maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is complemented by decorative elements, primarily using steel, steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all meticulously treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is ingeniously designed with an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, it boasts a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a combination of guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely during the lifting process. During the lifting process, when the lamp plate reaches its position, it is automatically secured and locked by hooks, ensuring utmost stability.

5. The lighting electrical system is versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights. A computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, enabling part lighting or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1-meter long grounding wires, expertly welded to the underground bolt for comprehensive protection.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are typically classified into two main types: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting high pole generally stands at an impressive height of over 18 meters, ensuring efficient illumination. The electric lifting mechanism simplifies operations, allowing the lamp tray to effortlessly ascend to its working position, where it automatically detaches and securely hangs. The wire rope can then be easily retracted.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes, both manual and electric, providing flexibility in operations. This ensures that the lamp tray can be adjusted with ease.
The innovative design allows the lamp tray to be safely lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead wire, enabling operators to control the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable for added reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct power supply, simplifying the maintenance of the lamps.
The sealing grade of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the bulb's longevity. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel, these lamps boast exceptional corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
