Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or an octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed to withstand speeds up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is complemented by decorative elements, primarily utilizing steel, steel pipes, and hot-dip galvanized lamp posts and plates.

3. The electric lifting system includes an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system features guide wheels and guide arms to ensure the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movementduring the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches the desired position, it can be automatically secured and locked by a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller allows for automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination control,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps generally fall into two categories: lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically stands at a height of over 18 meters and offers convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its designated working position, it automatically detaches, locks into place, and releases the wire rope, ensuring a secure setup.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This dual functionality allows the lamp tray to be adjusted effortlessly.
The lamp tray can be securely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance. With a 10-meter-long lead-out wire for the manual remote control device, operators can safely control the lifting from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety during operation.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end ties into the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows the lamp tray to receive direct power for convenient maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps boast excellent corrosion resistance and extended bulb lifespans.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
