Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Light System:

1. The elegant structure typically features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending, and automated welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with exceptional wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, our framework utilizes premium materials like steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all treated with hot-dip galvanization for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system seamlessly integrates an electric motor, winch, and trio of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Inside the lamp post, enjoy the efficiency of a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The innovative guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically secured and locked by a hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system features 6 to 24 state-of-the-art lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light) options, catering to both spotlighting and floodlighting needs. A sophisticated computer time controller adeptly manages switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as desired.

6. For ultimate protection, the lightning protection system is equipped with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod,

and the underground foundation includes 1-meter long grounding wires, expertly welded to the underground bolts for optimal safety.

Classification of High Mast Lamps
High mast lamps are generally classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to the designated working position, it automatically disengages, securely hangs in the groove, and the wire rope is safely released.
The lifting-type high mast lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high mast lamp is also equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray descends to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the socket of the electrical control system, while the other end is attached to the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct electrical power supply and easy maintenance of the lamps.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high mast lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, protecting against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for these lamps and lanterns are predominantly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
