1. Shaped into dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, these structures are crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo intricate cutting, precision bending, and automatic welding. With towering heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles boast a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding up to 60 meters per second.

2. Blending functionality with aesthetic appeal, the framework features premium decorative materials, predominantly steel. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and plates are all meticulously hot-dip galvanized for exceptional durability.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system facilitates a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute inside the lamp post.

4. Our guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains perfectly stationary during the lifting process,and locks securely in place once it reaches the optimal position, thanks to the automatic drop and lock mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is a powerhouse, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with 400W or 1000W metal halide options (white light). The versatile system offers both spotlighting and floodlighting capabilities. A sophisticated computer time controller allows for seamless automatic control of switching times, enabling part or full illumination based on your needs.

6. The lightning protection system is robust, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp's apex,

complemented by 11-meter long grounding wires integrated into the underground foundation, all expertly welded to the underground bolt for maximum safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be broadly categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole typically stands at a height exceeding 18 meters, providing the ease of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it automatically detaches, secures itself into the groove, and the wire rope is released effortlessly.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp offers dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This feature ensures that the lamp tray
can be securely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground level, making maintenance straightforward. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to remotely manage the lifting and lowering of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, thus guaranteeing personnel safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with an auxiliary cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate level, one end of this cable plugs into the socket of the electrical control system while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray. This configuration allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating streamlined maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing standard for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp is the IP65 international benchmark, which effectively prevents the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. Generally, the materials used for lamps and lanterns include aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
