These plates undergo precision cutting, bending, andautomatic welding processes. The standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters/second.
2. This masterfully constructed framework not only serves functional purposes but also stands as a decorative piece. Utilizing superior materials such as steel and steel pipe, this structure features a lamp post and lamp plate that undergo hot dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.

The electric lifting system is an engineering marvel, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Innovatively designed, the inside of the lamp post is equipped to achieve a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
4. An advanced guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees the steady and precise management of the lamp plate, ensuring no lateral movement.during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is seamlessly secured and locked via an automatic hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system is robust, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps with power options of 400 W and 1000 W, utilizing metal halide for bright, white light. Adaptable to both spot and floodlighting applications.The system is complemented by a computer time controller that effortlessly manages the timing of light switches, enabling either partial or full illumination as needed.
6. For comprehensive lightning protection, the lamp top is fortified with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,
and the underground foundation is securely equipped with a 1.1-meter-long grounding wire, expertly welded to the underground bolt for safety and reliability.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18m in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the optimal working position, the lamp tray can autonomously detach, secure itself within the guide, and relieve the wire rope.
This model features dual lifting control modes, manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and efficiently lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating maintenance. The manual remote control device is equipped with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage lamp panel lifting from a 5m distance, thereby ensuring their safety.
Furthermore, each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a backup cable. When lowering the lamp tray to a suitable height, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring a direct power supply for seamless maintenance and operation.
All lighting fixtures of the lift-type high-pole lamps are engineered to meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and water ingress to extend the bulb's service life. Constructed from premium aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
