The Configuration of High Mast Light:
1. Crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, our high mast lights are forged from high-strength steel plates, precision-cut and bent,then seamlessly welded with utmost precision. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second.
2. Beyond functionality, our designs also emphasize aesthetics. Crafted primarily from steel, our components include hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates.
3. The electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Mounted inside the lamp post, it ensures a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable,.during the lift. Once in place, the lamp plate automatically drops and locks securely with a hook mechanism.
5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, featuring 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light) lamps, suitable for both spotlighting and floodlighting. The computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.
6. For enhanced safety, our lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
and a 1-meter-long grounding wire embedded in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps generally come in two main varieties: lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically stands taller than 18 meters, providing the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This allows seamless elevation and lowering of the lamp tray.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably brought down to 2.5 meters above the ground, making maintenance tasks significantly easier. The manual remote control device has a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring the operator's safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket while the other end is attached to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating easy maintenance and repairs of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp system boast an IP65 international sealing grade to prevent dust and rain intrusion, thus extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are mainly aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.
