The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape usually are dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, by high strength steel plate after cutting, bending,automatic welding, the general height is 25m, 30m and 35, the maximum wind resistance design of up to 60 meters / second.

2. In the functional framework, but also to decorative materials mainly to steel, steel pipe, lamp post, lamp plate are hot dip galvanizing.

3. Electric lifting system consists of electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire rope and cable and so on.The inside of the lamp post is mounted with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate does not move transversely.during the lifting process. When the lamp plate is in place, the lamp plate can be automatically dropped and locked by the hook.

5. lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, 400 W, 1000 W, metal halide (white light), light and floodlight.The computer time controller can automatically control the switching time, part lighting or full illumination,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting-type high pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height and offers the convenience of electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray is elevated to its designated working position, it automatically disengages, hangs securely, and allows the wire rope to be released.
The lifting high-pole lamp features both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring versatility and ease of operation.
For maintenance convenience, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above ground. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lift from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring personal safety.
Additionally, the lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and easy maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard, ensuring robust protection against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
