The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape of our high mast poles is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical. Crafted from high-strength steel plates, these poles undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Our poles come in standard heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m with a maximum wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds of up to 60 meters per second.
2. The functional framework not only ensures robustness but also adds decorative appeal. This is achieved using materials such as steel pipes and lamp plates, all of which undergo hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal structure allows for a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.
4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure stability and prevent transverse movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process.Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it can be automatically lowered and securely locked by the hook mechanism.
5. Our lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W options of metal halide (white light), for both spot and flood lighting. A computer time controller provides automatic control over switching time, allowing for partial or full illumination as required.
6. Lightning protection is paramount; the lamp top is fitted with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,
and the underground foundation incorporates 1-meter-long grounding wires, welded to the underground bolts for enhanced safety.
