The Premier Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The pole shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal cone, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision-cut and bent, then subjected to automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functional framework features decorative elements primarily made of steel, including steel pipes and lamp posts. All components, such as the lamp plate, undergo hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced durability.
3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting speed mechanism operates at 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures stable, transverse-free movement of the lamp plate during lifting.Once the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks into place with a secure hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight variants.A computer time controller allows for automatic control of switching times, offering options for partial or full illumination.
6. The advanced lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp and a grounding network with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for robust safety.
Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height and offer the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its optimal working position, it automatically detaches, hooks into the ditch, and the wire rope can be smoothly released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—ensuring easy and flexible operation of the lamp tray.
It can be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to remotely manage the lamp panel's movements from a 5-meter distance, thus ensuring their safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is enhanced with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is plugged into the electrical control system's socket, and the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling immediate power supply for convenient maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps feature a sealing grade of IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The lamps and lanterns are typically made from materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, chosen for their superb corrosion resistance.
