High Pole Lamp Classification Overview
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole usually exceeds 18m in height, with convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it can be automatically detached, securely hung, and the wire rope effortlessly unloaded.
For added convenience, the lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual modes for lifting control, manual and electric,
allowing the lamp tray to be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a 5m distance, thus ensuring their safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a backup cable. Once lowered to an appropriate height, one cable end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other is inserted into the lamp tray's junction box, providing direct power for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, protecting them against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used, typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
