Product Description

Impressive Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. The design features an elegant dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates through precise cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standing tall at heights of 25m, 30m, or 35m, these lights are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In both functionality and aesthetics, the structure includes decorative materials primarily made of steel, complemented by steel pipes. Each lamp post and plate is hot-dip galvanized for superior durability.

3. The electric lifting system is meticulously designed, consisting of an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. Within the lamp post, a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute ensures efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading mechanism, made up of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains steady and does not shift sidewaysduring the lifting process. The hook system automatically locks the lamp plate securely in place when it reaches the desired height.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with an array of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both spotlight and floodlight options. A computer time controller allows for automatic switching, offering the flexibility of partial or full illumination.

6. For enhanced safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

and grounding wires, each 1 meter long, are securely welded to the underground bolts, fortifying the entire structure.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are primarily categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting pole's height usually exceeds 18 meters, and its electric operation ensures ease of use. Once the lamp tray reaches its operating position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in place, and the wire rope is conveniently unhooked.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual control modes, both manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel’s lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Additionally, every lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply and maintenance for the lamps.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp achieves an IP65 international sealing grade, which effectively prevents dust and rain infiltration, thereby extending the bulb's lifespan. The lamp materials, typically crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, are chosen for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
