Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The structure typically features a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance design rating of up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional framework is not just about utility but also aesthetics. Primarily composed of steel, the components such as steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are hot dip galvanized for durability and corrosion resistance.

3. The electric lifting system is comprised of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This system is fitted inside the lamp post, offering a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute for smooth and efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm ensuring the lamp plate remains steady.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight options. A computer time controller facilitates automatic switching, offering part or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

with the underground foundation equipped with 1-meter-long grounding wires welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are expertly categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. With lifting poles typically exceeding 18m, the electric lifting mechanism offers effortless operation. Once elevated to the desired height, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securely anchoring in place and releasing the wire rope.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting control modes, our high-pole lamps ensure flexibility and convenience in operation.
For safe, hassle-free maintenance, the lifting type high-pole lamp can be lowered to a comfortable height of 2.5 meters. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting from a safe distance of 5m.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for added reliability. When lowered, one end connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other links to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for maintenance.
Engineered to perfection, all lamps and lanterns boast an IP65 international sealing standard, ensuring maximum protection against dust and rain. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, our lamps promise excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
