Product Description

The comprehensive setup of our high mast lighting system:
1. Typically, these lights feature dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with the design engineered to endure wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functioning both structurally and decoratively, the mast includes steel, steel pipe, and lamp post, all hot dip galvanized for durability.

3. The electric lifting system is powered by a robust electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The internal mechanism ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system incorporates a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring the lamp plate remains stable and secure.throughout the lifting process. Upon reaching its designated height, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system accommodates 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W metal halide (white light), providing both focused and floodlighting options. An advanced computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination,

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type boasts a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the ditch, and the wire rope is safely disengaged.
The lifting type high-pole lamp offers dual control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to be managed with ease.
For maintenance convenience, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead wire, enabling the operator to control the lifting from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring personal safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable for additional reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered appropriately, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end links to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring a direct power supply for easy maintenance and inspection of lamps and lanterns.
Lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, ensuring a high sealing grade to protect against dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. Constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
