1. The pole shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical, constructed from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent,and welded automatically. Common heights include 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters/second.
2. Decorative yet functional, these structures feature materials like steel, steel pipe, and lamp posts. Each component is hot-dip galvanized for longevity.
3. Our electric lifting system includes an efficient motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with cabling.Inside the lamp post, a mechanism enables a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system incorporates guide wheels and arms to prevent any lateral movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, a hook mechanism secures and locks it automatically.
5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W options. Choose between metal halide (white light) and floodlight configurations.A computer time controller allows for easy automation of switching times and the option for partial or full illumination based on your needs.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod on the lamp top,
while the underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter-long grounding wire, welded securely to the underground bolt for superior safety.
Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main pole height typically exceeds 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting. Once the lamp tray reaches its operational position, it automatically detaches, securely hangs in the ditch, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This provides versatility and ensures that the lamp tray
can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device has a lead-out wire length of 10 meters, allowing the operator to control the lamp panel's lifting from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring operator safety.
All lift-type high-pole lamps come equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for lamp maintenance.
The sealing grade of all lift-type high-pole lamps meets the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and prolonging bulb life. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials like aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
