The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, comprising an efficient electric motor, robust winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, along with a comprehensive cable system.Inside the lamp post, an advanced lifting mechanism operates at a smooth pace of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring quick and reliable adjustments.
4. The guiding and unloading system is expertly designed with guide wheels and guide arms to ensure stable and precise positioning of the lamp plate,.During elevation, the lamp plate remains secure, automatically descending and locking into place once positioned correctly, courtesy of the innovative hook mechanism.

Our lighting electrical system boasts a range of 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W to 1000 W options, coupled with metal halide (white light), providing both spot and floodlight capabilities.A sophisticated computer time controller offers seamless control over light operation, enabling automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination with ease.
6. The lightning protection system features a robust 1.5-meter lightning rod on the lamp top,
and the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter long grounding wires, securely welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
These high-pole lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting models generally exceed heights of 18m, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Upon reaching the desired elevation, the lamp tray automatically detaches, settles securely in place, and the wire rope is neatly stored.
The lifting lamps are versatile, providing both manual and electric control modes, allowing the lamp tray
to safely descend to 2.5 meters above ground level for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's elevation from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring operator safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with an extra cable. Once the lamp tray descends to an optimal position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other links to the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct electricity supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international sealing standard, safeguarding against dust and rain ingress, thus prolonging the bulb's life. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
