Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape usually features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles. Constructed from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding, these poles generally stand at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. They are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the functional framework, decorative materials predominantly include steel and steel pipes. The lamp posts and lamp plates are all hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. The system is designed to achieve a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, with components mounted inside the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp plate remains stable without lateral movement.During the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its position, it automatically drops and locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system can be outfitted with 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W, using metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computer time controller is included for automated control of the switching time, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting poles typically exceed a height of 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once elevated to the working height, the lamp tray can automatically detach, secure itself in the designated slot, and the wire rope can be safely unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric. This setup allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to manage the lamp panel's lifting and lowering from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate height, one end of this cable is plugged into the electrical control system socket, while the other end is attached to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
All lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain and thereby extending the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
