Impressive Configuration of Our High Mast Light:

1. The design features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from high-strength steel plates through cutting, bending, and automatic welding processes. These majestic poles stand at general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Aesthetics meet functionality in our framework, with materials such as steel, steel pipes, and lamp posts, all hot-dip galvanized, ensuring both durability and decorative appeal.

3. Our advanced electric lifting system incorporates an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system is engineered to lift at speeds of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficient operation.

4. The guiding and unloading system, composed of guide wheels and guide arms, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transversely during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate is in place, it is automatically secured and locked by a hook, providing reliability and safety.

5. Our lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W, with options for metal halide (white light) and floodlight. An intelligent computer time controller allows for automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination, catering to diverse lighting needs.

6. Our lightning protection system is top-notch, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and a 1-meter long grounding wire embedded in the underground foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are typically divided into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. Lifting main poles generally exceed 18m in height, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is released.
Lifting-type high-pole lamps come with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to remotely control the lifting of the lamp panel from a distance of 5m, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, one end of the cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system and the other end into the junction box on the lamp tray. This allows for direct power supply to the lamp tray, facilitating maintenance and overhaul of the lamps and fixtures.
The sealing grade of all lamps and fixtures of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain and extending the bulb's service life. The materials used for the lamps and fixtures are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
