Exquisite Configuration of Our High Mast Light:
1. Typically designed in a dodecagon or octagonal conical shape, our poles are crafted from high-strength steel plates, meticulously cut, bent,and automatically welded. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capability of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Beyond functionality, our poles feature decorative elements primarily fabricated from steel, including steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, equipped with a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees the lamp plate remains stable during the lift,.ensuring no lateral movement. Upon reaching the desired height, the lamp plate automatically locks into place with a hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400W and 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) for both spot and flood lighting.A computer time controller facilitates automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination based on your needs.

6. The advanced lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter lightning rod atop the lamp,

with a robust 1-meter grounding wire integrated into the foundation, securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps can be categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles generally exceed 18 meters in height and feature convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in place, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts both manual and electric lifting control modes, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and efficiently operated.
For maintenance ease, the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above ground level. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to control the lamp panel's lifting and lowering from a safe 5-meter distance, thus ensuring operator safety.
This lift-type high-pole lamp also includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance and repairs.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps adhere to the IP65 international standard for sealing, protecting against dust and rain, thereby extending bulb life. Constructed from durable aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
