Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:

1. The shape is typically a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that undergo cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance design capable of withstanding winds up to 60 meters per second.

2. In its functional framework, decorative materials primarily include steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, it features a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, made up of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift transversely during the lifting process. .When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, each with a power of 400W or 1000W. These include metal halide lamps (white light) and floodlights. A computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp.

An underground foundation is fitted with 1-meter-long grounding wires, seamlessly welded with the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, allowing for effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray can detach automatically, secure itself in place, and the wire rope is easily disengaged.
Our lifting high-pole lamps offer dual control modes-manual and electric-for optimal flexibility. The lamp tray can be safely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground for convenient maintenance.
For ease of maintenance, the manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire. Operators can remotely manage the lifting of the lamp panel within a 5-meter radius, ensuring personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, you simply insert one end into the electrical control socket and the other into the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for maintenance.
All lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adhere to the IP65 international standard, providing superior protection against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials offer excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
