The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are precision cut and expertly bent,then subjected to automatic welding. The usual heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance design capable of withstanding speeds up to 60 meters/second.

2. The functional framework not only serves a practical purpose but also offers decorative appeal, featuring materials such as steel, steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system comprises an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire rope, and cable, ensuring durability and efficiency.Inside the lamp post, the system achieves a lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees stability by preventing transverse movement during the lifting process..Once the lamp plate is in position, it can be automatically dropped and securely locked by the hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps, offering options of 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps and floodlights.A computer time controller can automate the switching times, allowing for either partial lighting or full illumination as required.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5 meters long lightning rod on the lamp top.

The underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, which is welded to the underground bolt for optimal safety.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type typically features a main pole height exceeding 18 meters, facilitating convenient electric lifting operations. Upon reaching its working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches, suspends in the trench, and the wire rope is effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray
can be securely and reliably lowered to a height of 2.5 meters above the ground for hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to manage the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, thereby ensuring optimal personal safety.
Furthermore, each lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable for enhanced reliability. When the lamp tray is lowered, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end interfaces with the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance and overhaul of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing specification for all lamps and lanterns of the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and significantly extending the bulb's service life. These lamps and lanterns are primarily constructed from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
