Exquisite Configuration of High Mast Light:

1. Typically crafted in dodecagon or octagonal shapes, the conical poles are forged from high-strength steel plates. These are meticulously cut, bent, and automatically welded, resulting in poles that stand majestically at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Designed to withstand extreme wind resistance of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust yet aesthetically pleasing, the framework is embellished with decorative materials primarily composed of steel. The steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are all treated with hot-dip galvanizing to ensure durability and elegance.

3. The state-of-the-art electric lifting system is powered by an efficient electric motor and winch, featuring three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The lamp post's interior is engineered for a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The precision guiding and unloading system, comprised of a guide wheel and guide arm, guarantees that the lamp plate remains perfectly aligned during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is securely locked in place by an automatic hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system offers flexibility with 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, available in metal halide (white light) configurations for both spotlighting and floodlighting. An advanced computer time controller enables automatic regulation of switching times and illumination levels.

6. For comprehensive lightning protection, the lamp top is outfitted with a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

while the underground foundation is fortified with 1-meter-long grounding wires, seamlessly welded to the underground bolts for superior safety and reliability.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting high mast typically stands over 18 meters tall, ensuring effortless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its working position, the lamp tray detaches and secures automatically, allowing the wire rope to disengage seamlessly.
Equipped with both manual and electric lifting controls, the lifting high mast lamp allows the tray to be securely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground for easy maintenance.
The manual remote control device, equipped with a 10-meter lead-out wire, enables operators to control the lifting and lowering of the lamp tray from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lifting high mast lamp is outfitted with a spare cable for added convenience. When the lamp tray is lowered to an accessible position, one end of the spare cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance.
Our lift-type high mast lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the bulb's longevity. Constructed from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
