1. The design features either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plate. The process involves precise cutting, bending, and automatic welding. Standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with an impressive wind resistance capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Engineered for both functionality and aesthetics, the framework incorporates steel and steel piping, with all lamp posts and plates hot-dip galvanized for enduring durability and appeal.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of efficiency, comprising an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The system allows the lamp post to achieve a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without any transverse movement during lifting.Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically drops and locks securely into place via the hook mechanism.

5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, with options of 400 W or 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps. The advanced computer time controller offers automated control over switching times, partial lighting, or full illumination for ultimate flexibility.

6. For enhanced safety, the lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the lamp top,

and an underground foundation equipped with 1.1-meter long grounding wires welded securely to the underground bolt.

Classification of High-Pole Lamps
High-pole lamps can generally be divided into two categories: lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting main poles typically exceed 18 meters in height, providing convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is raised to its working position, it securely detaches and hangs in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be easily unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric. This design ensures the lamp tray can be
safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device includes a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lifting of the lamp panel from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety.
Additionally, each lift-type high-pole lamp is outfitted with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system socket, while the other end is connected to the junction box on the lamp tray. This setup allows for direct electricity supply to the lamp tray, ensuring seamless maintenance and operation of the lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade of all lamps within the lift-type high-pole lamp system adheres to the IP65 international standard, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain and thus prolonging the service life of the bulbs. The materials used for the lamps and lanterns are high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
