The configuration of the high mast light system:
1. The structure is typically designed with a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole made from high-strength steel plates. These plates are meticulously cut, bent, and welded using advanced automated techniques. The standard heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a wind resistance capacity designed to withstand gusts of up to 60 meters per second.
2. Functionality is crafted without compromising aesthetics. The pole and framework predominantly use high-quality steel and steel pipes. Both the lamp post and lamp plate undergo hot dip galvanizing, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance.
3. The electric lifting system features a robust electric motor, a durable winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and essential cables. Inside the lamp post, this system ensures a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system comprises expertly designed guide wheels and arms to prevent any transverse movement of the lamp plate during the lifting process. Once in position, the lamp plate is automatically dropped and securely locked by a hook mechanism.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, with options for 400 W and 1000 W metal halide (white light), spotlight, and floodlight configurations. A sophisticated computer time controller manages automatic switching, allowing for partial or full illumination as needed.
6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
with a 1-meter long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation. This wire is securely welded to the underground bolt, providing robust protection against lightning strikes.
Classification of high pole lamps
Our high pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The height of the lifting main pole is typically over 18m, offering a user-friendly electric lifting operation. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it automatically detaches, hooks into place within the gutter, and the wire rope is safely released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp features dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—allowing seamless and reliable lowering of the lamp tray.
For effortless maintenance, the lamp tray can be securely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to safely control the lifting mechanism from a 5m distance, ensuring their personal safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end connects to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct electricity supply for easy lamp and lantern maintenance.
Our lift-type high-pole lamps boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain infiltration and enhancing the bulb's longevity. The lamps and lanterns are crafted from high-quality materials, including aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their superior corrosion resistance.
