Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:

1. The pole shapes are typically dodecagonal or octagonal conical, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The standard heights are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a remarkable wind resistance design capacity of up to 60 meters per second.

2. Functionally robust and aesthetically pleasing, the framework primarily features steel components. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability.

3. The electric lifting system is engineered with an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism operates at a speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system comprises a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically descends and locks securely in place using a hook system.

5. The lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W and 1000 W metal halide options (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. A computer-controlled time controller manages automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter long lightning rod atop the lamp.

The underground foundation is equipped with grounding wires that are 1.1 meters long and are securely welded to the underground bolt.

Classification of high pole lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically stands at a height exceeding 18 meters, offering the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational height, it automatically detaches and secures itself in the groove, allowing the wire rope to be effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—enabling flexible operation of the lamp tray.
Engineered for safety and convenience, the lamp tray can be securely lowered to 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating hassle-free maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing operators to remotely manage the lamp panel from a distance of 5 meters, ensuring their safety.
Each lifting high-pole lamp is equipped with an emergency cable. When the lamp tray descends to an accessible position, one end of this cable connects to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end attaches to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply and streamlined maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Crafted for durability, the lift-type high-pole lamp's lamps and lanterns meet the IP65 international standard of sealing, protecting against dust and rain, thus extending the bulb's lifespan. These components are typically made from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
