1. Crafted into impressive dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, these structures are formed from high-strength steel plates that undergo precision cutting, bending,and automatic welding. Available in general heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, these poles are engineered to withstand robust wind resistance, designed for velocities up to 60 meters/second.
2. With a functional framework enriched by decorative elements, the lamp post features a blend of robust steel, steel pipes, and a lamp plate, all meticulously hot-dip galvanized.
3. The reliable electric lifting system comprises a powerful electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.This efficient mechanism facilitates a smooth lifting speed ranging from 3 to 5 meters per minute within the lamp post.
4. Ensuring stability, the guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm, preventing any lateral movement of the lamp plate.during the lifting operation. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it is automatically secured and locked in place with precision-engineered hooks.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting type features a main pole height typically exceeding 18m, allowing for convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray is raised to operational height, it automatically detaches, secures into position, and the wire rope is released.
The lifting high-pole lamp offers two modes of control, manual and electric, allowing the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to just 2.5 meters above ground, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10m lead-out wire, enabling the operator to manage the lamp panel's movement from a safe 5m distance, ensuring optimum safety.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to an appropriate position, the cable connects one end to the electrical control system's socket, and the other end to the lamp tray's junction box, allowing direct power supply for easy maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
The sealing grade for all lamps and lanterns in the lift-type high-pole lamp adheres to the IP65 international standard, protecting against dust and rain intrusion, thereby extending bulb lifespan. Typically, these lamps and lanterns are crafted from aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
