Configuration Details of High Mast Light:

1. Our high mast lighting features dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These plates undergo precision cutting, bending, and automatic welding. The typical heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a robust design capable of withstanding wind resistance up to 60 meters per second.

2. The functional structure is not only highly functional but also aesthetically pleasing, primarily utilizing steel and steel pipes. The lamp posts and plates are treated with hot-dip galvanizing to ensure durability and longevity.

3. The electric lifting system is designed with an efficient electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. It allows a smooth lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, all neatly housed within the lamp post.

4. The guiding and unloading system features a precision-engineered guide wheel and guide arm. This innovative design ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not shift laterally during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it automatically secures itself with a reliable hook system.

5. Our lighting electrical system can accommodate between 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400W to 1000W. We offer both metal halide (white light) and floodlight options. A sophisticated computer time controller allows for automatic control of switching times, facilitating partial or full illumination as needed.

6. The lightning protection system is meticulously designed, featuring a 1.5-meter long lightning rod mounted at the top of the lamp.

The underground foundation is securely equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, which is expertly welded to the underground bolt to ensure safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps generally come in two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting main pole, typically exceeding 18 meters in height, offers the convenience of electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its operational position, it seamlessly detaches, hooks into place, and releases the wire rope.
The lifting high-pole lamp features dual control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can
descend safely and reliably to a height of 2.5 meters above ground level for effortless maintenance. The manual remote control device comes with a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to control the lifting process from a distance of 5 meters, enhancing operator safety.
All lifting-type high-pole lamps are equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray reaches its optimal position, one end of the cable is connected to the electrical control system's socket, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring direct power supply for easy maintenance and lamp overhaul.
The lift-type high-pole lamp’s lamps and lanterns boast an IP65 international sealing grade standard, effectively preventing dust and rain from compromising the bulb’s longevity. Constructed from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, they offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
