Configuration of the High Mast Light System:
1. The structure boasts either a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates. These are expertly cut, bent,and seamlessly welded. Typically standing at 25m, 30m, or 35m, these poles are designed to withstand winds up to 60 meters per second.
2. While functionally robust, our design embraces aesthetics with decorative materials, predominantly using steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all hot-dip galvanized for durability.
3. The electric lifting system is a marvel, featuring a motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complemented by cables.Inside the lamp post, a system achieves a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring efficiency.
4. The guiding and unloading system, comprising a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable without transverse movement.When positioned correctly, the lamp plate automatically descends and securely locks into place with a hook.
5. Our lighting electrical system supports 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W, including metal halide options for both white light and floodlight.A computerized time controller offers automated switching, allowing for partial or full illumination to suit any need,
6. A robust lightning protection system is incorporated, featuring a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod atop the lamp,

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our lamps are categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. Lifting poles stand over 18m, offering seamless electric operation. Once elevated, the lamp tray automatically detaches, hanging securely as the wire rope loosens.
The lift-type lamp features both manual and electric controls, allowing the tray to safely descend to 2.5 meters above ground for effortless maintenance.
Operators benefit from a 10m lead-out wire, enabling remote control from 5m away to ensure safety during lifting operations.
Equipped with a spare cable, these lamps facilitate direct electrical supply upon lowering the tray, allowing for convenient maintenance and inspection.
With IP65 international sealing standards, our lift-type lamps are safeguarded against dust and rain, extending the bulb's lifespan. Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, they offer exceptional corrosion resistance.

The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.

The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.

The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
