The configuration of high mast light:
1. Typically crafted into dodecagon or octagonal conical shapes, these high mast poles are made from high-strength steel plates. After precision cutting and bending, they undergo automatic welding to form structures that generally stand at 25m, 30m, or 35m in height. These poles are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.2.

The functional framework features decorative materials, with a primary composition of steel and steel pipes. Lamp posts and lamp plates are treated with hot-dip galvanization to ensure durability. 3.

The electric lifting system is comprised of a robust electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This ensures a smooth and reliable operation. Inside the lamp post, a lifting mechanism allows for a controlled ascent speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.4.

The guiding and unloading system, featuring guide wheels and guide arms, is engineered to prevent transverse movement during the lifting process. When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can be automatically secured and locked in place by a hook mechanism..5.

The lighting electrical system is equipped to handle between 6 to 24 high-intensity lamps, typically 400W or 1000W metal halide (white light) units. This system allows for both spotlight and floodlight functionality. A sophisticated computer time controller enables automatic switching, partial lighting, or full illumination as needed.6.

The lightning protection system is meticulously designed, with a 1.5-meter long lightning rod mounted at the lamp top. The underground foundation is equipped with a 1-meter long grounding wire, securely welded to the underground bolt for enhanced safety.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are classified into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole typically exceeds 18 meters in height, making the electric lifting operation incredibly convenient. Once the lamp tray reaches the working position, it automatically detaches, hangs securely in the groove, and the wire rope is effortlessly unloaded.
The lifting type high-pole lamp comes equipped with two control modes: manual and electric, ensuring the lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered down for maintenance.
Easily maintain your lighting system with our lift-type high-pole lamp! It can be securely lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, allowing the operator to manage the lamp panel's movement from a safe distance of 5 meters, guaranteeing personal safety.
The lift-type high-pole lamp is also embedded with a spare cable. When the lamp tray descends to an appropriate level, one end of the cable connects to the electrical control system socket, while the other end plugs into the junction box on the lamp tray, facilitating direct power supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Our lamps and lanterns boast an IP65 international standard sealing grade, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress, thereby extending bulb life. Constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these materials are renowned for their exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
