Product Description

The configuration of high mast light:
1. The shape typically comes as a dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, crafted from high-strength steel plates that are cut, bent,and automatically welded. The general height options are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed to withstand speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In terms of functional framework, decorative materials are primarily composed of steel. This includes steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all of which are hot-dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system features an electric motor, winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system includes a guide wheel and guide arm to ensure the lamp plate remains stable during the lifting process.When the lamp plate reaches its designated position, it can automatically drop and lock into place via a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 to 24 lamps that range from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light), spotlights, and floodlights.A computer time controller is available to automatically manage switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination.

6. The lightning protection system includes a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod mounted on top of the lamp,

with a 1-meter-long grounding wire integrated into the underground foundation, welded securely with the underground bolt.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
High pole lamps are generally classified into two types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type, with heights typically exceeding 18 meters, offers convenient electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray reaches its working position, it can automatically detach, hang securely in the groove, and the wire rope is easily released.
The lifting type high-pole lamp is equipped with dual lifting control modes—manual and electric—allowing the lamp tray to be effortlessly maneuvered.
The lamp tray can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground for easy maintenance. The manual remote control device features a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to control the lamp panel from a secure distance of 5 meters, ensuring personal safety.
Each lifting-type high-pole lamp includes a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the optimal position, one end of this cable is inserted into the electrical control system socket, and the other end into the junction box on the lamp tray, allowing direct power supply for maintenance of the lamps and lanterns.
All lamps and lanterns of the lifting-type high-pole lamp meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing dust and rain ingress and extending the bulb's service life. The materials utilized for the lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
