1. Our high mast lights feature an elegantly designed dodecagon or octagonal conical pole. Crafted from high-strength steel plates through a meticulous process of cutting, bending, and automatic welding, these poles stand tall at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m. Engineered to withstand wind resistance up to an impressive 60 meters/second.

2. While serving their functional purpose, our high mast lights are also designed with aesthetics in mind. Utilizing robust materials such as steel, steel pipe, lamp posts, and lamp plates, all components undergo hot dip galvanizing to ensure durability and an attractive finish.

3. The electric lifting system is a marvel of engineering, composed of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables. This system enables the lamp post to achieve a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

4. Our guiding and unloading system, featuring a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures the lamp plate remains stable with zero transverse movement during the lifting process. Once the lamp plate reaches its designated height, it automatically secures itself and locks into place with the aid of a hook mechanism.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps ranging from 400W to 1000W, utilizing metal halide (white light) and floodlights. Advanced computer time controllers provide automatic control over switching times, allowing for either partial or full illumination to suit your needs.

Classification of High Pole Lamps
Our high pole lamps are meticulously categorized into lifting and non-lifting types. The lifting main pole, which typically exceeds 18 meters in height, offers an effortless electric lifting mechanism. Once elevated to its optimal working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches, securely hangs in its slot, and the wire rope is efficiently unloaded.
Featuring dual lifting control modes-both manual and electric-the lifting type high-pole lamp ensures unparalleled convenience. This allows the lamp tray
to be safely and reliably lowered to a mere 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. Equipped with a manual remote control device boasting a 10-meter lead-out wire, operators can comfortably control the lamp panel's lifting process from a safe 5-meter distance, ensuring their safety.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp comes with a spare cable, enhancing its functionality. When the lamp tray is lowered, the cable can be quickly connected-one end to the electrical control system socket and the other to the junction box on the lamp tray-enabling direct power supply for seamless maintenance of lamps and lanterns.
Boasting an IP65 international standard sealing grade, our lift-type high-pole lamps are impervious to dust and rain, vastly extending the bulb's service life. Crafted from high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps offer superior corrosion resistance ensuring longevity and reliability.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
