Product Description

The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are cut and bent,and automatically welded. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters/second.

2. The functional framework also incorporates decorative elements, primarily using steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot dip galvanized.

3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transverselyduring the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate can be automatically lowered and locked securely by the hook.

5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps, providing both light and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller is included to automatically manage the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination,

6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,

Classification of high pole lamps
High-pole lamps can be generally categorized into lifting type and non-lifting type. The lifting type typically features a main pole height of over 18 meters, facilitating easy electric lifting operations. Once the lamp tray ascends to its working position, it can automatically detach, hang in the groove, and release the wire rope for secure placement.
The lifting type high-pole lamp boasts dual lifting control modes: manual and electric. This enables the lamp tray to be safely and reliably lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above the ground, simplifying maintenance tasks.
Thanks to the manual remote control device, which features a 10-meter lead-out wire, operators can remotely manage the lamp panel's lifting from a safe distance of 5 meters, ensuring their personal safety at all times.
Each lift-type high-pole lamp comes equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp tray is lowered to the appropriate position, one end of the cable plugs into the electrical control system, while the other end connects to the junction box on the lamp tray, enabling direct power supply for easy maintenance and repair of the lamps and lanterns.
All lift-type high-pole lamps meet the IP65 international standard for sealing, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and rain, thereby extending the bulb's service life. The materials used in these lamps and lanterns are typically aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, both known for their excellent corrosion resistance.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.

6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
