The configuration of the high mast light:
1. The shape is typically dodecagon or octagonal conical pole, constructed from high-strength steel plates that are cut and bent,and automatically welded. The general heights available are 25m, 30m, and 35m, with a maximum wind resistance designed to withstand up to 60 meters/second.
2. The functional framework also incorporates decorative elements, primarily using steel. Components such as the steel pipe, lamp post, and lamp plate are hot dip galvanized.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables.Inside the lamp post, the lifting speed ranges from 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guiding and unloading system, consisting of a guide wheel and guide arm, ensures that the lamp plate remains stable and does not move transverselyduring the lifting process. Once in place, the lamp plate can be automatically lowered and locked securely by the hook.
5. The lighting electrical system can accommodate 6 to 24 lamps, ranging from 400 W to 1000 W metal halide (white light) lamps, providing both light and floodlight capabilities.A computer time controller is included to automatically manage the switching times, allowing for partial or full illumination,
6. The lightning protection system features a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod at the top of the lamp,
with 1-meter long grounding wires in the underground foundation, which are welded to the underground bolt for secure grounding.
