1. The design of our high mast floodlights features robust dodecagon or octagonal conical poles, meticulously crafted from premium-grade, high-strength steel plates. These poles undergo precise cutting and bending processes,followed by automatic welding. They typically stand majestically at heights of 25m, 30m, and 35m, engineered to withstand formidable wind speeds of up to 60 meters per second.

2. In the structural framework, we incorporate decorative yet durable materials, primarily steel, ensuring aesthetic appeal and longevity. The steel pipes, lamp posts, and lamp plates are all protected with a hot-dip galvanized coating.

3. Our advanced electric lifting system is an ensemble of precision, featuring an electric motor, a winch, and three sets of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes, complemented by cables.The interior of the lamp post is equipped to facilitate lifting at a smooth speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. Our guiding and unloading system is engineered with a guide wheel and guide arm, ensuring stability and precision as the lamp plate ascends or descends,.The system allows for automatic securing of the lamp plate once in place, thanks to a reliable hook mechanism that locks it seamlessly.

5. The lighting electrical system is highly versatile, accommodating 6 to 24 lamps, available in 400 W or 1000 W. Our selection includes metal halide lamps (white light), providing options for both focused illumination and wide floodlighting.Our innovative computer time controller offers automated control, effortlessly managing switch operations, and enabling selective or full illumination as needed.

6. For comprehensive lightning protection, the top of the lamp is equipped with a robust 1.5-meter-long lightning rod,

Generally, high pole lamps are divided into two main types: lifting and non-lifting. The lifting type, with a main pole height often exceeding 18 meters, offers seamless electric lifting operations. Once elevated to its designated working position, the lamp tray automatically detaches and securely hangs in place, allowing the wire rope to be safely unloaded.
The lifting-type high-pole lamp features dual control modes—manual and electric—providing flexibility and ease in operation. This ensures the lamp tray can be elevated or lowered conveniently, adapting to various maintenance and operational needs.
Engineered for safety and ease, the lifting-type high-pole lamp can be safely lowered to a convenient height of 2.5 meters above ground level, facilitating easy maintenance. The manual remote control device boasts a 10-meter lead-out wire, enabling operators to manage the lifting and lowering operations from a safe distance, ensuring utmost safety during maintenance.
Every lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with a spare cable. Upon lowering the tray to the desired position, the cable seamlessly connects to the socket of the electrical control system and the junction box on the lamp tray, ensuring a direct power supply for thorough lamp and lantern maintenance.
The sealing grade of our lift-type high-pole lamp luminaires meets the IP65 international standard, ensuring protection against dust and rain, thereby significantly extending the bulb's service life. Constructed from premium materials such as aluminum alloy plates and stainless steel, these lamps boast superior corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and resilience.

Configuration:
1.	The lamp post is divided into eight - edge, twelve - edge and eighteen - pyramid - shaped posts according to the diameter. The posts are made of high-strength high-quality steel plates through shearing, bending and automatic welding. Generally, the height of the posts is 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications. The designed maximum wind resistance can reach 60m / sec. Each specification consists of 2 to 4 sections of splicing. Flanged steel chassis is provided.
2.	The main function is frame structure, while the main decorative materials are steel pipes and steel pipes. The lamp post and plate are treated with hot dip zinc.
3.	The electric lifting system consists of a motor, a hoist, three sets of wire ropes and cables, etc. The lamp post is installed in the body and the vertical speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4.	The guiding and unloading system consists of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp tray does not move laterally during the lifting process and can automatically fall off and be locked by hooks when the lamp tray rises to the right position.
5.	The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6 - 36 gold halogen, sodium, LED and other light source lighting and floodlights, and the computer time controller can automatically control the time of switching lights and partial lighting or full lighting.
6.	Lightning protection system: 1.5 meter lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and 1 meter long ground wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded with the underground bolt.
